Here are some pictures of me with my parents on my 4th birthday in 1973. As you can see, my mother was starting out with something of a hobby in making clothing, and later her hobbies evolved into a craft business she works on in her spare time off from the Department of Defense. Her hobbies evolved from clothing, to such things as macramé, ceramics, porcelain, painting, woodworking, and even held training classes from home for a while. My father was a draftsman who designed tools or dies for making various equipment and appliances, and he even drafted his personal projects into AutoCAD including such things as his garden. He enjoyed gun collecting, photography, making a variety of things in his wood shop, and even picked up computers to work on that others had thrown out with their trash. He is now a patient at Alcor, A-2077.
Here is a picture of mom on her honeymoon before I was a bun in the oven, and one might ask how I managed to become a bun in the first place with this type of behavior. Apparently, the keeper of the alligators said they had just been fed and were sleeping so it was okay to go in, and with my father's encouragement she when in. Despite the impression given here, she is not actually sitting on the alligator.
Speaking of newly hatched buns- Not sure when this video [1.7MB] was taken by my father, but I couldn't have been more than a couple years old.
The below is of me at age five holding my newborn baby brother next to a friend of the family. I don’t think my baby brother is as easy to hold these days, but for those who have ever wondered if he had more hair at one time, you now have your answer.
The following is a picture of my nephew sitting on his great-grandmother's lap and it looks as though he would prefer to be held by his mother instead. This picture was too good of an opportunity and I asked a friend to do a little digital artwork which you can see on the one the follows.
Here is a video [5.8MB] taken in June of 2005 by my mother of my nephew spraying his dad's car and trying to get me. I'm sure mom will enjoy my brother's "hose" comment circulating the web;-) We just can't take that boy anywhere. Of course there is a price to pay for teasing ones' younger brother, they get a little bigger and think they can do whatever they want. This was taken in April of 2007 in Daytona, video [4.2MB].
